Meet Kim Russell
Treasurer, Women of Diversity Productions, Inc.
- Kim Russell is a playwright and Chautauqua performer. She has penned, published and produced three plays.
- She has toured the United States and South Africa with her original Chautauqua performance of the 19th century feminist and abolitionist, Sojourner Truth, for more than fifteen years.
- Russell is an arts integration specialist and is the education program coordinator for The Smith Center for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas in partnership with the internationally recognized Wolf Trap Institute’s Early Learning Through The Arts program.
- Through community partnerships she has piloted numerous program as director of the House of Blues Foundation reaching more than 60,000 children.
- Her Bachelor’s degree is in media from Chapman University and her MBA is from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
